I have to thank God with every part of my being for every blessing he is bringing forth in my life! I was recently unemployed again after working for several different companies as a contract/temporary employee. I was at church on May 9, 2010 feeling discouraged. I believed that God had a job for me and I was determined not to let my situation bring my spirit down. As I was about to leave church Mike Leonard noticed me in the hallway and simply asked “how are you”. I shared with Mike that I was in need o f a full time job and was really tired of bouncing around from job to job as a temporary employee. I have not had a permanent position in almost three years. Mike advised that he had a friend who owned a staffing agency who was seeking to fill several positions at a title company. Mike advised that he would email me with the information to contact Bob Wiman at Proflex Staffing. The next morning, Mike emailed me the information for Bob Wiman. I called Bob and sent him my resume. Bob reviewed my resume and sent it to the title company. On June 1, I interviewed with the title company and was offered the position. The company offered a salary of $32k annually. On June 2, 2010 I met Bob Wiman in person in his office. Bob and his wife Michelle prayed with me right there in the office!Talk about the power of God! Wow! I have never been to a recruiter and had a prayer session in the office!

A Testimonial from Cesar Galera and Family

 About two years ago we started our Mobile Car Wash business with nothing more than a 5 year plan, Faith and all the money we had at that time… $5.00. Two months ago, after one year of savings and with a loan from my Dad, we were ready to make the next step in the business, however…  Our plan changed:
That morning when I walked down the stairs from the apartment to the detached garage in order to load the van that I use every day & I found, nothing, literally nothing and that’s not good. I usually unload my wife’s mini van what we use for the business and keep the equipment inside the garage “for security reasons”. Well, I realized that someone broke into it and took all the equipment we had, around $8,000.00 worth.

That had an impact in our lives not just for the loss of all the equipment (most of them brand new and even in their box) but for all the collateral damage that this represents. Becoming unemployed in a blink of an eye and being unable to generate an income for our immediate needs.

I went back upstairs to let my wife and kids know about this. When all of us were in the garage I asked Erick, our oldest to write down a list of missing items, then I asked my wife Irene to call the police and to Karen, our younger daughter to pray about this.

Then I called God’s 911:
Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and show thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.                                                                                                        Jeremiah.33:3

In that very instant my cell phone rang and I saw the name of this guy who I hadn’t talked to for about two years. As soon I answered him he said:
“Don’t worry, the Lord is with you and He is in control of everything. He let this happen for a reason and is pleased with you. Don’t be discouraged and keep believing”. When I was heard this I fell down on my knees and began crying like a baby in front of my family and I asked him: “Why are you telling me this”, and he replied: “The Lord asked me to do this and I’m just being obedient”.

After that, I decided to go back to the basics, if the Lord allowed us to start with five dollars once, I’m sure that He has a purpose for this and we can start over again, maybe we have no pressure washers but we have a bucket, elbow grease and most important,  GOD’S FAVOR!!!

Then, Stan, Mike and my brothers and sisters in Christ from The Covenant Business Networking Group, our Church, family and friends decided to DO something about it. We know that God is our provider, but they were obedient saying: YES LORD, USE ME. I can’t hold my tears as I’m writing this after almost two months.

This is just a small part of our testimony about this situation. After that, we started getting more clients and God replaced in just a few weeks about 70% of all the equipment, giving us even new business opportunities.

When things like this happen, the question we should ask isn’t Why? but, For what? because we know that behind that question we’ll find God’s purpose for our lives.

And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.                                                                     Romans 8:28
